Model comes as three parts;
This is one of a set of 10 modular buildings. There are 10 styles however, all the floors and roofs can be mixed and matched as required. Most of the models come with two storeys and a roof, though you can add additional storeys from other sets, or have a different roof.
The upper floors and roofs have a lug and hole system to accurately place the floors on top of each other. Miniatures can be placed on all floors and in the roof.
