The Sd.Kfz. 11 was a German halftrack. It's main role was that of a prime mover/artillery tow. It was used to tow medium guns such as the 3.7cm Flak 43 AA gun and the 10.5cm leFH 18 howitzer.
It could carry eight personnel in addition to a towed gun or trailer.
It weighed 7.2 tonnes and was 5.55 metres in length. Around 9,000 of all variants were made.
The 11/3 was a chemical warfare vehicle. It was equipped with a 130 gallon tank with a spray system to lay down poison gas barriers. 125 vehicles were built in 1937.
