GMC AFKWX 35 Truck (hoops)
Model comes in one parts (resin).

The AFKWX (A for 1939 design, F for forward cab, K for all wheel drive, W for tandem rear axles, and X for non-standard chassis) was a 2.5 ton 6x6 truck which saw service from around 1942. Around 7,250 were built, all but the first 50 had open cabs.
 
This version has an open back  with hoops to support a cover.

GMC CCKW 353 Truck (v.2)
Model comes in one part (resin).

The GMC CCKW was a 2.5 ton truck, nicknamed the 'Deuce & a Half'. It came in two models, the 352 was a short wheel base and the 353 was long wheel base.

It was produced from 1941 to 1945 and over 572,000 of all varieties were built. Around 54,000 353s were built, a quarter of which were fitted with a machine gun mounting ring.

The CCKW truck was built by the General Motorworks Company. GMC used the initials to signify:
"C" - designed in 1941
"C" - conventional cab
"K" - all-wheel drive
"W"- dual rear axles

The truck saw service through WWII & Korea and into the 1960s.

There were many variants of the truck and the one modelled here is an alternative to our other similar model and comes with non-removeable cover.

The Hanomag SS-100 started life as a civilian heavy truck in 1936. It was adapted for use by the Luftwaffe and Wehrmacht and was used to tow the V2 Ballistic Rocket.

Karl Gerat
Model comes in six parts. (resin)

The Karl Gerat was a self propelled siege mortar. It could fire a 60mm shell, weighing 4,780lb, over 6.2 miles.

Each unit had to be accompanied by a crane to load the ammunition and several modified tanks to carry the shells. 

Seven were built and six of them saw action between 1941 and 1945 in Russia/Ukraine, Poland and at Remagen and the Battle of the Bulge.

KhTZ-16 (v.2)
Model comes in one part (resin).

The KhTZ-16 was an improved tank built in the city of Kharkov in 1941 when the Russians were desperate for more tanks. It was based on the STZ-3 agricultural tractor.

The turretless vehicles had a 45mm anti-tank gun or a 37mm anti-aircraft gun and a 7.62mm DT machine gun.

They had a crew of 2. Around 60 to 90 were built.

Krupp Protze Kfz 69 (v.2)
This model comes in eight parts. 

The Krupp Protze was a German truck and artillery tractor made between 1934 and 1941. It came in several designations such as Kfz.19 - Telephone Truck, Kfz.21 - Staff car, Kfz.68 - Radio Truck, Kfz.69 - Artillery Tow, Ammo or Generator Carrier (Kfz.81 or 83) etc. 

7,000 were built and they saw action on the Eastern Front, North Africa, France & Italy.

The Kfz 69 was an artillery tow version often used to tow a Pak 36 AT gun.

This is an alternative version to another Kfz 69 we produce.

This model comes in eight parts. 

The Krupp Protze was a German truck and artillery tractor made between 1934 and 1941. It came in several designations such as Kfz.19 - Telephone Truck, Kfz.21 - Staff car, Kfz.68 - Radio Truck, Kfz.69 - Artillery Tow, Ammo or Generator Carrier (Kfz.81 or 83) etc. The one here is the Kfz.70 - Personnel Carrier.

There can be few people who have't heard of the Kubelwagen, designed by VW. Over 50,000 Kubelwagens were produced between 1940 and 1945.

The model depicted here has the roof up, a bonus as you don't have to find any crew for it!

This is a different version of the Kubel which has been on the site for several years

Kurogane Type 95 Covered (v2)

This vehicle was used in the Japanese war with Chin and also World War II in the far east. It was produced between 1936 and 1944.

The vehicle came in two door roadster, two door pickup and four door phaeton versions.

This model is the two door roadster model with the hood up.

KV-2 (v.2)
This model comes in ten parts.

The KV-2 was a development of the KV-1 tank. The hull was exactly the same but a new turret and gun were designed, the turret being very distinctive; it was a full 1m taller than the KV-1 turret.

The KV-2 featured a 152mm howitzer and two machine guns.

The KV-2 saw service from 1940 to 1945 and 334 were built. It had a crew of six.

Laffly S20 TL (covered)
Model comes as 11 parts.

The Laffly S20 TL (TL is short for tracteur, chassis long) was a 6x6 truck produced in France from 1937 until 1940. Around 1030 were built. It weighed 3.9 tons.

They were used to transport command sections, fusilier sections, MG sections, mortar sections and anti-tank sections. They served in Light Mechanised Divisions of the Dragoon Regiment.

Land Mattress (v2 empty)

The Land mattress was the British Army's answer to the German Nebelwerfer or Russian Katyusha, a multiple rocket firing weapon.

It saw action from 1944 in the British and Canadian forces.

It could fire 30 3 inch (76mm) 60lb rockets up to 7, 230 metres.

This is a slightly better detailed model than the other we have and depicts a launcher that has fired its rockets.
