This half-track artillery tractor was in service between 1938 and 1945. 12,187 were produced until 1944.
The Feuerleitpanzer was a variant of the Sd.Kfz personnel carrier and was used with the V2 rocket programme. The 7/3 was used as a tow vehicle for the V2 rockets. They would tow the rockets into position and were then used as control vehicles.
