This model comes as two parts; hull and turret.
The Panther is one of the most famous German tanks. Designated as Panzerkampfwagen V it saw action on both Eastern and Western Fronts between mid-1943 until the end of the war.
It was designed to combat the Russian T-34s.
The Panther weighed 48.8 tons and was armed with a 7.5cm KwK 42 L/70 main gun with 2 7.92mm MG43 machine guns. It had a crew of five; driver, radio operator/hull machine gunner, commander, gunner and loader.
2,961 Ausf Gs were built between March 1944 and April 1945.
